Penny ensures the operations run smoothly through dedicated emotional support and morale management. Rain or shine, she can be found right at Nathan's side while he writes and fact-checks each weekly trivia game. Her official duties include monitoring desk productivity, enforcing regular walk breaks, and keeping spirit levels high during late-night question polishing.
