Eureka Trivia provides ready-to-run trivia games for bars, breweries, restaurants, and other venues. Each game is designed so your staff can host a fun, professional trivia night without having to spend hours writing questions or building a presentation.
Each game includes everything your venue needs to run trivia night, including:
• A complete trivia presentation
• A host script with questions, answers, and hosting instructions
• Printable answer sheets
• A scoring sheet (an electric version is also available)
• Tie-breaker questions
• Instructions for running and scoring the game
All you need is a host, a way to display the presentation, and some enthusiastic trivia players.
Eureka Trivia games use a mix of difficulty levels. Some questions are designed to be immediately recognizable, while others require a little more thought or teamwork.
The goal isn't to stump everyone. A good trivia night should give casual players plenty of opportunities to score while still giving experienced teams something to think about.
Eureka Trivia provides the game materials, but your venue provides the host. The host can be a bartender, server, manager, regular customer, or anyone comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.
Each game includes a host script designed to make hosting as straightforward as possible, even for someone who has never hosted trivia before.
You don't need to be a trivia expert, know all the answers, or have experience hosting events to be a great trivia host!
The best hosts are friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoy bringing people together. If you're comfortable speaking to a group, have good people skills, and want everyone to have an enjoyable evening, you're already off to a great start.
Eureka Trivia provides the questions, answers, and an easy-to-follow host script. You just bring your personality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to have fun!
After all, a great trivia night isn't just about knowing the answers. It's about making sure everyone has a good time.
Subscribers receive a new trivia game each week. Games and all associated files will be assessable via a Google Drive folder and can be downloaded and prepared before your scheduled trivia night.
The subscription is $50 per month per participating venue and includes a new trivia game each week.
At this time, we do not have individuals games to buy ala carte.
Eureka Trivia subscriptions are billed monthly in advance using the payment method provided when you subscribe.
Your subscription automatically renews each month unless it is canceled before the next billing date.
Yes. There is no long-term contract unless you sign up for a year subscription at a discount. You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date to prevent the following month's charge. Cancellation does not result in a refund for games that have already been delivered.
Because Eureka Trivia provides digital materials that can be downloaded and used immediately, payments are generally nonrefundable once the materials for that billing period have been delivered.
If there is a technical problem, duplicate charge, or other billing error, please contact Eureka Trivia so the issue can be corrected.
Yes. A free sample game is available so you can see the format, question style, difficulty, and overall experience before subscribing.
There is no obligation to subscribe after trying the sample.
A subscription covers one venue/location unless otherwise agreed upon.
Businesses operating multiple locations should contact Eureka Trivia about multi-location options.
No. Eureka Trivia materials are provided for use by the subscribing venue and may not be redistributed, resold, posted publicly, or shared with other venues.
If another venue is interested in using Eureka Trivia, please send them our way!
You're welcome to promote your trivia night on social media, but please don't post complete Eureka Trivia games, answer sheets, host scripts, or substantial portions of the questions and answers online.
Absolutely. You know your crowd better than anyone.
Venues may make reasonable adjustments to a game for their own trivia night, such as replacing a question, adjusting wording, or changing the order of rounds. Modified games are still subject to the same restrictions on sharing and redistribution.
Please let us know as soon as possible. Trivia questions are reviewed before publication, but mistakes can happen.
If a correction is necessary before your event, Eureka Trivia will provide updated information as quickly as reasonably possible.
Each game includes tie-breaker options. Your host script will explain when and how to use them.
At minimum, you'll need someone to host the game and a way for teams to submit their answers.
For the full Eureka Trivia experience, we recommend a television, projector, or other display capable of showing the provided presentation. A microphone may also be helpful in larger or louder venues.
The exact length depends on the number of teams, the pace of your host, and breaks between rounds. Most games are designed to provide a complete evening of trivia without requiring the host to rush through the questions.
Absolutely. Prizes are determined and provided by the venue.
Gift cards, food or drink specials, merchandise, and other venue-specific prizes can all work well.
Moslty! Questions may occasionally contain mild adult subject matter when appropriate to the topic, but the games are not designed around offensive, explicit, or shock-value content.
Suggestions are always welcome. While Eureka Trivia cannot guarantee that every request will appear in a future game, feedback from participating venues helps shape future games.
Eureka Trivia retains ownership and copyright of its original games, questions, presentations, scripts, answer sheets, and other materials.
Your subscription gives your venue permission to use the materials to conduct its own trivia events. It does not transfer ownership of the materials or permission to resell or redistribute them.
Your game is still yours to use at your subscribing venue. If you need to postpone trivia because of weather, staffing, a special event, or another unexpected situation, you may use that game on a later date.
We simply ask that games not be shared with other venues or publicly distributed.
We'd be happy to help.
